A small rectangular card made from a smooth, slightly shimmering material. The surface is warm to the touch, etched with curling silver script that shifts faintly when tilted toward the light. The back bears a stylized sigil of a kobold carrying an oversized sack.

Description

This enchanted card allows the holder to summon Jorban Twill—the kobold proprietor of Twill’s Unchartered Bazaar—once per day.

To activate the card, the user must hold it in hand and speak Twill’s name three times aloud.
When activated, Twill is compelled to appear nearby, usually stepping out from behind an object, cart, tree, or other improbable location, along with his enormous bag of wares.

• Usable 1/day.
• Twill appears ready to trade, negotiate, or deliver information he has been paid to obtain.
• The card does not control Twill’s behavior—he is still a free agent with his own quirks, prices, and mood.

History

Crafted by Jorban Twill for favored clients who prove “interesting enough” to warrant convenient access.
Twill claims to have made several such cards, though whether this is true is ambiguous.

This particular card was given to the party during their first encounter with him on the road outside the capital after escaping the chaos beneath the city.
It was handed directly to Nelvax after Twill was impressed by the party’s… “energy.”
